The main organizer of the International Wood Composites Symposium 2012 in Seattle, the Washington State University, prepared a scientific event (from 11th to 13th April 2012) for more than 170 international experts. At the same time, the composite section, oral and poster presentations offering the latest overview about the biofuels and the logistics solution for the North American forest industry were realised.
The Dascanova Company presented the subject “Three-Dimensional Re-Arrangement of the Wood-Based Panel Density in One Press Process” with the latest research results on Thursday afternoon in the session moderated by Karl Englund from the Washington State University.
In the event participated many specialists from the companies and research institutions (e.g. USDA Forest Service, Weyerhaeuser, IMAL, Composite Panel Association, Plum Creek MDF, PFInnovations, GreCon and Georgia-Pacific Corp.).
